Delivery time begins after order confirmation.
- 7-Day Custom Songs → Delivered within 7 days
- 24-Hour Express → Delivered within 24 hours
- 6-Hour Express → Delivered within 6 hours
- 3-Hour Express → Delivered within 3 hours
Express production begins immediately upon purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volume or unforeseen circumstances. Express fees cover prioritization, not guaranteed exact timestamps.

Delivery is considered complete when:
- The song file or secure download link is made available in the Order Tracking Tool AND
- The link is sent to the email provided at checkout.
Unique Song is not responsible for:
- Incorrect email addresses
- Spam/junk filtering
- Device limitations
- Internet issues
- Download failures caused by client systems
Failure to access the file does not invalidate delivery.

Production begins immediately for express orders.

Due to the personalized digital nature of the product, refunds are not available after production begins.
Subjective dissatisfaction (style, emotion, preference) does not qualify for a refund.
Minor factual errors (wrong name, incorrect quiz answer) are corrected at no additional charge if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Major stylistic changes, rewrites, or melody alterations may require an additional fee.
Add-ons, upgrades, and express services are non-refundable.

All charges are clearly displayed prior to checkout, including:
- Selected song type
- Express upgrades
- Add-ons
- VIP membership (if selected)
By completing checkout, you confirm authorization of the full amount shown.
If duplicate charges for the same transaction occur, they are reviewed and reversed when verified.
If a payment dispute is opened for a completed and delivered order, Unique Song may provide order confirmation details, checkout authorization records, and delivery timestamps to the payment provider for review.
Accounts associated with repeated payment disputes may be restricted from future purchases.
