Songer vs Unique Song: which custom song should you give?
Songer is not a gift service. It is an AI music generator: you write the prompt or the lyrics, it generates a track, and you buy credits or a subscription to unlock the whole thing. Unique Song does the work for you — a proprietary multi-stage process, a quality team, a 90-second preview before you pay, and a finished song in as little as 30 minutes. Here is the side-by-side.
Unique SongExcellent4.8 out of 5 · 3,699 reviewsTrustpilotIf you want to make music yourself, Songer is a tool for that. If you want a finished song about someone, written from their story and checked by a quality team, heard before you pay and delivered in 30 minutes, that is Unique Song. Pick Songer only if you want to generate tracks yourself and manage credits.
The short version
Before you pay
You hear 90 seconds of your own song, a full verse and chorus, before paying a cent.
You generate the track yourself; the free plan plays half of it, the paid subscription 90%.
How it's made
A proprietary multi-stage conception and production process, with every song checked by our quality team.
"AI song creation platform", in their own Trustpilot description. No story intake, no human review.
After delivery
You pick the genre, mood and voice that sound like them. Later, fix a detail or hear the song in a new style straight from your song page; earlier versions are kept.
No revisions — each generation is created fresh and results vary, in the company's own words.

What you know before you pay
With Songer there is no questionnaire about the person. You write a prompt or paste lyrics, choose a genre, and the AI generates a track. On the free plan you hear half of it; a Songer Max subscription unlocks 90%; the full song costs a credit. Reviewers' most common complaint is exactly that: the preview stops and pushes an upgrade.
At Unique Song the order is reversed. You answer a few questions about them, and before anything is charged you hear 90 seconds of their actual song: a full verse and the chorus. Their name, the memory you gave us, the voice, the style. It is enough to know whether this is the song you want to hand them. Most people who listen to the preview already know; what is left afterwards is fine-tuning, not guessing.
That is the whole reason the preview is 90 seconds and not a clip. A clip tells you what a service sounds like. Ninety seconds tells you what your song sounds like.
How each song is made
Songer describes itself on Trustpilot as an AI song creation platform, and that is what it is. There is no one reading your story and no one checking the result. The company's own replies to reviewers say each generation is created fresh and results vary, and that lyrics may be reshaped unless you pay for the custom-lyrics mode.
Unique Song songs go through a proprietary multi-stage conception and production process. We do not publish the details, because the process is what sets the songs apart. What we can say is what you receive: a wide choice of genres, moods and voices, so the song sounds like them and not like a template, with the option to hear it in a new style later from your song page; a quality team that reviews every song before it reaches your inbox; and the ability to correct a name, a place or a pronunciation from your own song page without writing an email.
What customers say
Both services have five-star reviews that say the same thing: somebody cried. Where the two profiles differ is in how the reviews got there and what happens when something goes wrong.
Songer has 2,657 Trustpilot reviews at 4.8 and replies to every negative one. Trustpilot labels the profile as one that asks customers to review; 83% of reviews are five stars. Complaints are about previews that stop short, lyrics not sung as written, and limits changing after purchase.
Unique Song's profile carries Trustpilot's "no recent history of asking for reviews" label: all 3,699 reviews were left by customers on their own, 3,696 of them in the last twelve months, and every negative review gets a reply.
