TeTaTune vs Unique Song: which custom song should you give?
TeTaTune makes songs with what it calls a hybrid of AI and musicians, delivered in up to three days after you pay. Unique Song plays you 90 seconds of their song before you pay anything, can deliver in 30 minutes, and lets you fix a detail yourself in a minute. Here is the side-by-side.

You can listen to sample songs made for other people. Your own song arrives after payment.
How it's made
A proprietary multi-stage conception and production process, with every song checked by our quality team.

Up to two revisions by email, each taking up to seven days.

What you know before you pay
TeTaTune's examples page lets you play songs made for other families. Your own song is not previewed: you order, pay, and it arrives in up to 72 hours, or inside 24 hours if you add rush delivery. If a line needs changing, you email, and the policy allows up to seven days for each of the two revisions.
At Unique Song the order is reversed. You answer a few questions about them, and before anything is charged you hear 90 seconds of their actual song: a full verse and the chorus. Their name, the memory you gave us, the voice, the style. It is enough to know whether this is the song you want to hand them. Most people who listen to the preview already know; what is left afterwards is fine-tuning, not guessing.
That is the whole reason the preview is 90 seconds and not a clip. A clip tells you what a service sounds like. Ninety seconds tells you what your song sounds like.
How each song is made
TeTaTune is clear in its FAQ that it uses AI in the creation process — the AI produces the initial melody and lyrics and musicians refine from there. The Trustpilot profile is unclaimed, so there is no company description there and no reply rate shown.
Unique Song songs go through a proprietary multi-stage conception and production process. We do not publish the details, because the process is what sets the songs apart. What we can say is what you receive: a wide choice of genres, moods and voices, so the song sounds like them and not like a template, with the option to hear it in a new style later from your song page; a quality team that reviews every song before it reaches your inbox; and the ability to correct a name, a place or a pronunciation from your own song page without writing an email.
What customers say
Both services have five-star reviews that say the same thing: somebody cried. Where the two profiles differ is in how the reviews got there and what happens when something goes wrong.
TeTaTune has 201 Trustpilot reviews at 4.9, none invited. The profile is unclaimed, so no reply rate is shown. Reviewers praise fast fixes to lyrics and pronunciation and songs that arrived in a day or two.
Unique Song's profile carries Trustpilot's "no recent history of asking for reviews" label: all 3,699 reviews were left by customers on their own, 3,696 of them in the last twelve months, and every negative review gets a reply.
